This is the plain-English version. We don't sell anything to anyone, we don't run ads, and we don't track you across the internet. Mindio is meant to be a quiet daily room you visit — not a feed that visits you.

What we collect

To make Mindio work, we store the following things tied to your account:

What we don't collect

Who we share data with

Two service providers process data on our behalf:

We don't share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep your data

For as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (Settings → Account → Delete account), every row associated with your user ID is removed from our database, including reflections, progress, collected figures, and the account record itself. The deletion is hard — there is no undo, and we don't keep a copy for backup beyond standard short-term database backups.

Your rights

Children

Mindio is not designed for or directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, please email us and we will delete the account.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and update the "last updated" date at the top. Substantive changes will be communicated in-app.
