On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. Enter your email and we'll send you a link that opens the app and lets you set a new one.
Open Settings (tap the gear icon on the You tab) → Account → Delete account. The deletion is hard: every reflection, every collected figure, every progress row tied to your account is removed from our database immediately. There is no undo.
When you finish a reflection inside a lesson, the text you wrote is sent — together with the passage and the interpretive prompt — to an AI model we run on Anthropic's API. The model returns a short acknowledgment that references something specific in what you wrote, and one follow-up question that presses gently on a tension or assumption. It's not grading. It's not telling you you're "right" or "wrong." It's a thinking partner that has read the passage too.
Anthropic does not train on your reflections. We send the smallest amount of context needed to produce a good response — never your email, never your account ID.
No. HealthKit values (steps, active minutes, workouts) are read by the app to show your daily activity on the Body screen, but the values stay on your device. They are never sent to our backend.
The catalog is large — every primary text and every artwork is hand-curated against the canon. New lessons are added regularly. A lesson marked in progress isn't yet authored to our standard; you'll see it once it's ready.
If you see "nonces mismatch" or a similar error during Sign In with Apple, please email us with a screenshot. As a workaround, use the "Use email instead" option on the sign-in screen.
Every passage and every artwork is in the public domain or uses a freely licensed translation. We don't paraphrase, we don't summarize, we don't generate fake "great books in 5 minutes." You read what the author actually wrote, in a translation we cite.
Email hello@mindio.xyz with what you saw, what you expected, and (if it's easy) which iPhone you're on. We read every message.
